Nella 1^ edizione dell’XTERRA Sweden vincono la ceca Helena Erbenova e il neozelandese Braden Currie, entrambi alla seconda vittoria stagionale (Erbenova in Spagna, Currie a Motatapu). Quasi 5′ di vantaggio per Currie sul sudafricano Dan Hugo, terzo l’australiano Ben Allen. Carina Wasle e Renata Bucher conquistano il 2° e 3° posto al femminile.
