Dopo Edmonton, ancora Canada per la 7^ tappa dell’ITU World Triathlon Series 2017: il triahlon olimpico di Montreal vedrà impegnati alle 19.30 (ora italiana) del 5 agosto le donne e alle 19.30 del 6 agosto gli uomini.
Flora Duffy e Mario Mola, attuali leader del rank mondiale, sono i favoriti per la vittoria (sarebbe la quinta stagionale per entrambi), non ci saranno azzurri al via.

Le ultime due tappe dell’ITU World Triathlon Series si svolgeranno a Stoccolma il 26 e 27 agosto e poi a Rotterdam che ospiterà la Grand Final dal 14 al 17 settembre.

Today we welcome #WTSMontreal to the WTS family! It will be the debut race in the Quebec, Canadian city, so today is a historical moment!
#WTSMontreal is now the 24th city to ever hold the prestigious honor of hosting a WTS race!
After racing #WTSEdmonton last wknd and now #WTSMontreal, it’s the first time that a nation has held WTS races in 2 cities in the same year!
While #WTSMontreal is new to the WTS, it is not new to ITU. Last year it hosted a World Cup and in 1999 Montreal hosted the World Champs
#WTSMontreal is offering up a thrilling Olympic distance course, with a long straight swim and hills for the bike and run!
